Valet Parking:
- 24-hour resident valet parking only in the SeaCastle garage. One vehicle included per apartment. Additional valet parking available for purchase, subject to availability.
Lease Terms:
- Lease terms are based on a 12 month lease term. Lease terms of 6 to 10 months are also offered at a premium, subject to availability.
- The security deposit is $1,500, on approved credit, with an additional non-refundable application fee of $35 per person (all occupants over the age of 18).
