Lease Terms:

• Lease terms are based on a 30 day minimum stay for up to 12 months. Lease terms of 6 to 9 months are also offered at a premium, subject to availability.
• The security deposit is $750, on approved credit, with an additional non-refundable coordination fee of $275*.
