About SeaCastle
The SeaCastle site has a history rich in star-studded activity and luxurious lifestyle. Originally opened as The Breakers Beach Club Hotel in 1926, the resort once hosted the likes of Jean Harlow, Maureen O'Sullivan, Greta Garbo and Frank Sinatra.
Architect
In 1975, Wade Killefer started the design/build practice that has evolved into Killefer Flammang Purtill Architects. Barbara Flammang joined him in 1980, after working in several prominent Los Angeles firms. In 24 years of practice, the firm has developed a portfolio of civic, educational, public use, and residential buildings in California and Southern Nevada.

Inovus Design began in January of 1990 and has since developed a diverse project portfolio including residential, retail, restaurant and commercial design. Notable clients include the Walt Disney Corporation, Hallmark Cards, and CitySearch.com, a subsidiary of Ticketmaster.
